Hall of Change Home Care was founded with a simple belief: every person deserves to age and live with dignity, comfort, and the support of people who genuinely care.
Why We Started
Hall of Change Home Care was born from a deeply personal understanding of what families go through when a loved one needs extra support. We saw firsthand how hard it can be to find care that is not just professional — but truly compassionate, consistent, and trustworthy.
We set out to build something different: a Pennsylvania home care agency where every caregiver is treated as a valued professional, and every client is treated like family. That commitment shapes everything we do — from how we hire and train our team, to how we build care plans and communicate with families.
Today, Hall of Change Home Care proudly serves seniors and adults with disabilities across Pennsylvania as a licensed Personal Assistance Services (PAS) provider, accepting both Private Pay and PA Health & Wellness.
